Why it exists

You’re not broken. You’re bound.

You’ve built a beautiful life: through your work, your purpose, your family, a community you serve…

But somewhere inside, something’s tight. You feel the weight of responsibility and the quiet ache for space to breathe.

You’re not broken. You’re bound. Bound by invisible patterns, habits, and expectations that keep you from the freedom you once felt.

This 40-day men’s journey is about setting yourself free, without blowing it all up.

What it is

A 6-week journey to become the architect of your own liberation.

A container for men who crave, and need, more space: not by escaping your life, but by expanding within it.

You dismantle the inner prisons that keep you small, and design a life that feels free in your body and mind while also honoring your relationships and responsibilities.

Seven live calls. Forty days of breath and movement practices. A community of men devoted to creating freedom through practice, integrity, presence and truth.

What we explored

The prison you built

Who it was for

Men who:

  • Feel trapped by the lives they have built
  • Carry big responsibilities but crave depth and space
  • Want freedom without abandoning their families or work
  • Are ready to take responsibility for their freedom

You don’t need another escape plan. You need a practice.
