The Embodied Leadership Immersion
An immersion for men who want to build real, embodied leadership with self, their purpose, and in relationship.
Next immersion: July 8–12, 2027 · Enrollment opens April 2027 · Location and pricing to be announced
Begins the afternoon of July 8 and finishes around 8 a.m. on July 12.
Not someday
Most men are hungry to take a leading role in their lives.
Not someday. Now.
They want:
- To lead themselves powerfully instead of second-guessing their every move.
- To feel oriented by a deeper sense of purpose rather than pulled by obligation.
- To show up in relationship with presence, confidence, and a full, open heart.
- To experience real freedom inside their own lives.
What’s missing isn’t effort, intelligence or more information.
It’s capacity.
Capacity to access the traits that matter most today for men:
These aren’t abstract qualities or personality traits. They are the currencies that matter most. In life. In leadership. In purpose. In relationship.

A training ground
This is embodied leadership.
The Embodied Leadership Immersion is a training ground for men who are ready to cultivate these traits directly in the body, not as ideas but as lived skills, and take real ownership of how they lead their lives, their mission, and their relationships.
This is not therapy. This is not an escape. This is not another biohack. This is not spiritual performance.
Practical, relational, and designed to translate immediately into how you live, lead and love.
The three core arenas of training
Self. Purpose. Relationship.
These are not separate parts of your life. They are where your leadership is revealed.
If you can’t lead yourself, you won’t discover your true purpose.
If you don’t have a deeper mission or purpose, your relationship suffers.
And your relationships will expose every place your leadership is not yet embodied.
This immersion trains all three arenas.
01 · Leadership of self
Integrity, presence, and inner authority
Most men approach self-leadership through optimization: habit stacking, hacks, efficiency, discipline, performance. That has value. But embodied leadership takes you deeper into your capacity to regulate your nervous system, stay present under pressure, and act from integrity rather than impulse.
- Nervous system regulation under stress
- Body-mind integration instead of mental override
- Action from integrity instead of compulsion
- Self-awareness without self-absorption
- Internal authority and grounded presence
02 · Leadership of purpose & mission
From burden to purpose
Many men carry responsibility unconsciously. They call it burden. Mission is responsibility that is chosen consciously and intentionally.
- Clarify what is actually yours to carry
- Distinguish obligation from aligned responsibility
- Distinguish meaningful effort from constant striving
- Focus your energy with intention rather than diffusion
- Reconnect to a deeper sense of direction and purpose
The result is not another goal, but a clearer relationship to yourself, your purpose, and your path.
03 · Leadership in relationship
Presence, ownership, devotion
Leadership is always tested in relationship. At home. With a partner. With children. With a team. With other men.
- Stay present instead of getting defensive
- Take ownership without collapsing or controlling
- Give and receive honest feedback
- Build trust through consistency and integrity
You will not only understand these principles, you will practice them directly.

The place
The high desert near Bend, Oregon.
A deliberately curated men’s container, set against a backdrop of volcanic landscape and a vast river canyon, alongside men who:
- Take responsibility for their lives
- Value depth, honesty, and direct feedback
- Are willing to be seen, challenged, and sharpened
From the men who were there
In their own words.
“ELI reminds me not just to be in my head, but to be in my body and my heart as well. Instead of going into fight-or-flight, I have more options. I can receive my wife more, hold the emotional space, and be more openhearted and present.”
“This weekend felt like a dashboard reset—a recalibration, a remembering, a reclamation of who I am.”
“I’ve learned how to stand in conflict without exploding, step into difficult conversations without becoming avoidant, and help keep those conversations from turning into conflict.”
“Instead of being blasted open and left with pieces to figure out, I got to put those pieces together, make sense of them, and ground into myself.”
